Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri immediate opening for Evening Administrator! We are seeking an individual who is committed to improving the lives of those with mental health illness. The Evening Administrator provides administrative support, direction and supervision to the facility as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assists the FCEO in the administration and management of the facility, to include long and short-term planning and evaluation of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Shall be administratively in charge of the facility in the evening hours for supervisor and direction purposes only.
- Follow directives of the Executive Director and adhere to written plan, on-call and crisis coalition, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop, implement standards of practice and evaluate compliance by collecting, analyzing, aggregating data and presenting the data to the Executive Director and leadership team
- Demonstrate the ability to serve as an advisor to members on performance improvement and staff development committees.
- Demonstrates the ability to implement internal audits to identify exposure to potential risks and then to develop an action plan.
- Demonstrate the ability to intervene effectively in crisis situations with residents, provide effective and positive leadership and direction to staff, and have demonstrated ability to develop healthy therapeutic relationships and rapport with residents.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a productive and professional work atmosphere by interacting and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation and teamwork with co-workers, supervisors, residents, and visitors
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a safe work environment by following safety practices within the center and reporting any safety concerns/issues immediately.
- Demonstrates the ability to assist in internal investigations, corrective action planning, grievance policies and procedures, and statements of concern policies and procedures and then report findings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- AGE: At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in relatable field preferred, or combination of comparable education and experience required.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge and understanding of Joint Commissions standards
- Experience working in a children's services program or in a residential setting required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid driver’s license
- LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy/procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and document client behavior. Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees of organization.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distant, and peripheral vision, color and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally be required to physically restrain clients, using authorized restraint procedures as a last resort for protection of client and staff.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment for this position is a residential facility setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to clients who may ask inappropriate personal questions, display socially unacceptable personal behaviors, use profanity and sexually explicit phrases, make insulting remarks or threats regarding appearance, age, sex, or race, and exhibit defiance, dishonesty, and assaultive or self-destructive behaviors. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and may be subject to occasional local travel as required by facility needs. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
- MENTAL REQUIREMENT
Ability to exercise self-control in potentially volatile situations. Must be able to work and concentrate amidst distractions such as noise, conversation and foot traffic. Must be flexible and able to complete multi-tasks without overwhelming frustration
