We’re looking for a compassionate, creative, and organized Activities Coordinator to join our behavioral health team! If you have a degree in Human Services and a passion for supporting individuals on their mental health journey, keep reading — this might be your dream job. 🛼🎲🎭

 What You'll Do:

  • Plan and lead engaging therapeutic group activities (think art, music, games, mindfulness, movement, and more).

  • Customize daily activity calendars to meet the emotional, social, and cognitive needs of patients.

  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers to support holistic treatment plans.

  • Bring energy, empathy, and structure to every session – you’re the spark of the day!

  • Encourage participation, laughter, and positive social interaction.

  • Keep records of participation and progress (aka: track the magic you create).

 What You Bring:

  • A degree in Human Services (or related field like Psychology, Social Work, or Recreational Therapy).

  • Experience working in behavioral health, social services, or human-centered environments is a big plus.

  • Creativity, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt activities for diverse needs.
