The Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of Clinical Services to lead our Saint Robert Treatment Team. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee clinical programs, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure our services remain compliant with all federal, state, CMS, and Joint Commission standards. You will bridge the gap between clinical strategy and daily operations, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care while fostering a collaborative, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Leadership: Direct the planning, supervision, and evaluation of all clinical programs and staff.
* Team Development: Supervise and mentor licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians, facilitating professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
* Operational Excellence: Manage department budgets, lead multi-disciplinary treatment meetings, and ensure rigorous adherence to clinical policies and safety regulations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Medical Director to develop and implement effective behavior management and treatment plans.
* Direct Care: Provide expert clinical services, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention when needed.
Qualifications
* Master's degree from an accredited college/university in social work, counseling, psychology, education, or equivalent.
* Licensure: Must be an LPC or LCSW currently licensed by the Missouri Licensing Board (must remain active).
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families; 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
* Knowledge: Expertise in psychiatric, psychological, and substance abuse treatment programs.
* Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
