Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead our multidisciplinary clinical team in delivering exceptional, trauma-informed behavioral healthcare to youth in a residential treatment setting. What You'll Do
As the Director of Clinical Services, you'll oversee the clinical operations of our residential behavioral health program while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and supervise licensed therapists, case managers, utilization review, and recreational therapy staff
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing clinical culture
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services
- Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and utilization management
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, Medicaid, and state regulatory standards
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff
- Monitor program outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Partner closely with nursing, medical providers, education, and executive leadership to deliver integrated patient care
- Participate in leadership meetings and administrator on-call rotation
- Support strategic planning and program development initiatives
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced behavioral health leader who is passionate about developing teams and improving patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Arkansas LPC or LCSW licensure
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based behavioral health treatment
- Experience with residential treatment, inpatient psychiatry, or acute behavioral health preferred
- Knowledge of Joint Commission and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
