Role Overview
This is the first point of contact for all who enter the facility. Ensuring staff, residents, visitors, vendors and community members are greeted in a caring and helpful manner is a key function of this role. As well as a team player that is able to multitask and detail orientated, ensuring administrative duties are completed in a timely manner to best support the mission of Perimeter behavioral Health of the Ozarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates inventory, ordering, and stocking of clinical and office supplies
- Responsible for answering telephones, taking inquiry calls, and directing calls to appropriate staff or taking messages when staff is unavailable.
- Reconcile and balance monthly statements from vendors with outgoing payments.
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tracking of invoices and payments.
- Daily tracking of credit card usage and monthly reconciliation.
- File documents - ensuring compliance
- Maintain vehicle logs
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Manager and CEO as needed
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist with HR projects
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in an office setting, preferably in healthcare.
- At least 2 years of prior Human Resource experience preferred
