Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri – Saint Robert is a residential treatment facility providing care to adolescents. Located in Saint Robert, MO, Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri’s goal is to provide a responsive healing environment for patients and to inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by providing the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and compassion.

Our team ensures patients receive the high-quality, personalized care they need to overcome mental health, complex physical conditions and behavioral challenges. We offer a range of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient counseling and therapies.
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients as a Receptionist at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri - Saint Robert.  In this role, the Receptionist will provide friendly and organized care for adolescents facing behavioral challenges and medically complex physical conditions.  The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment while managing various administrative tasks.  
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, families, and residents with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the facility.
  • Anwer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members while providing information about the facilities programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records, including patient information, appointment schedules, and visitor logs, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate appointments and meets for staff, residents, and families, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence, to support the clinical administrative staff.
  • Monitor and manage access to the facility, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff by verifying visitor credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Missouri Driver's License is preferred.
  • At least twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents), and knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development, and the ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems is preferred.
