As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our IT operations, ensuring that our healthcare teams can focus on patient care without technological interruptions. Your expertise will directly support our mission to provide hope and transform lives.Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless operations across all levels of the organization.• Work closely with clinicians, administrative staff, and executive management to understand and address their IT needs, fostering a collaborative environment that supports our patient-centered approach.
• Coordinate with multiple parties and vendors to organize comprehensive solutions, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain organized processes to keep tickets and project documentation up to date, supporting transparency and continuous improvement in our IT services.
• Commit to up to 50% travel to various sites, including those within driving distance and others requiring air travel, to provide on-site support and build strong relationships with our healthcare teams.
Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies:• Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
• Revenue Cycle and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Ancillary clinical systems
• Biometric time clocks
• Meraki network switches and access points
• AirTable, ThoughtSpot, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Macs, iPads, Windows desktops, and servers
• Azure Active Directory (AzureAD)
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years in IT support, both remote and in-person, including executive-level support. Healthcare experience working directly with clinicians and administrative teams is essential.• Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, with Level 3 technical experience in handling issues related to desktops, printers, and cloud applications. Server and network experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple issues and projects simultaneously, both remotely and on-site, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Educational Requirements
The successful candidate will meet one or more of the following qualifications:• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSE.
• Equivalent professional experience demonstrating expertise in IT support and related technical fields.
