General Maintenance Worker

🛠️ About the Role:

Are you the person everyone calls when something squeaks, leaks, or breaks? Do you find joy in making things look brand new with a paintbrush and a bit of elbow grease? We’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant who knows their way around a hammer, can handle a paint roller like a pro, and isn’t afraid of a little drywall dust.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fix the little things before they become big things

• Handle minor carpentry projects

• Patch, sand, and paint drywall 

• Paint everything from a small touch-up to a full wall makeover

• Keep work areas tidy 

• Help out your fellow maintenance team members when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Basic carpentry and maintenance skills (if you know the difference between a flathead and Phillips, you’re off to a great start)

• Experience patching drywall and painting

• A self-starter who follows instructions and takes pride in a job well done

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and not afraid of a hard days' work

• Able to lift 50 lbs 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
